I LOVE Colorado and am blessed to live here as a Photographer based in Durango, Colorado. My experience living around the country and the world as a Photographer and Cinematographer has led me here. It's a huge privilege to live and work in some of the most breathtaking mountains in the world.
My love for photography was born in Edinburgh, Scotland where I reconnected with family and captured the energy of the vibrant music scene.
Following that passion, I moved to Richmond, VA to earn a Photography degree at VCU Arts. That process gave me a deep appreciation for the many ways we approach making art, and a firm grasp of the skills required to shoot in various environments.
I went on to hone my skills in Washington, D.C as a Broadcast Camera Operator working on shows like Married at First Sight and 90 Day Fiancé for networks like Fox, ESPN, and CSpan. Camera work has taken me to Mountain peaks, Historic buildings, and the floor of the US Senate. All of that experience allows me to be the calm, curious, and creative Photographer you need for your Colorado Wedding Day shoot.

Do you only work as a photographer in Durango, Colorado?
I am based in Durango, Colorado, but I love to travel! I shoot weddings all over Colorado including Denver, Pueblo, Durango, Telluride, and beyond. I also work in New Mexico and Utah, so if you have a wedding in Santa Fe, Moab, or the Four Courners area don't hesitate to reach out. I do require a small travel fee for events 3+ hours from Durango, Colorado.
What is your photography style?
My style is natural and minimal — focused on capturing genuine emotions, timeless beauty, and life’s fleeting moments. Most weddings require an average of 30 minutes to pose couple and family shots. Outside of that I make sure to photograph all your vows, ceremony, beautiful wedding scenery and decor, candids of your loved ones, and any other special moments that come along the way.
Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding shoots?
Yes! Engagement and couples' photography sessions are a beautiful way to get comfortable in front of the camera and share something to get people excited for your big day. If you're in the Southwest Colorado area, I can recommend some fantastic locations.
How will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive a curated collection of fully edited, high-resolution images a private online gallery and in a thumb drive if you choose — ready to view, share, and download.
Turnaround time for a full wedding shoot is one month, with shorter photography sessions typically completed faster.
How far in advance should we book you?
No time like the present! Weddings and elopements are often booked 3–12 months in advance. For smaller sessions, a few weeks’ notice is usually enough, but the sooner, the better.
Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely. I shoot Portraits, Commercial Photography, Events, Weddings, and more in the Durango, Colorado area. So if you only need a Colorado Wedding Photographer for 2 hours, for example, we can discuss a discounted rate. I'm excited to discuss how we can bring your wedding photography vision to life within a budget that works for you.
